How to Drink and Still Stay Fit

I made this video when I went to the Long Beach Grand Prix with my girl for my buddy's birthday. I knew the day would be full of drinking, so I took some steps to stay healthy and avoid a nasty hangover.

In this video, I show you the meals I ate and the supplements I took to fuel me through what ended up being 12 hours and 20+ drinks. I managed to keep my glucose levels in check and was even feeling pretty good at work the next day.
